It’s shaadi time for telly stars

With many television actors tying the knot, it seems like wedding season has hit Telly town. Here’s a list of who’s recently gotten hitched, and the ones to soon follow.

Sahil Mehta: 'Suhani Si Ek Ladki' actor Sahil Mehta is all set to marry his long-term girlfriend Eesha Danait in May next year. Sharing the good news, the actor revealed that though Eesha is not an actress she is related to the film industry.The couple decided to take the plunge after dating for two years.

Shruti Rawat: Alien comedy 'Badi Dooooor Se Aaye Hai' actress Shruti Rawat who plays Bhairavi in the show got engaged to boyfriend Nikkhil Agawane recently. The couple started dating in April this year and are all set to tie the knot next year. The two went on to become life partners from gym buddies. With Nikkhil being a Maharashtrian and Shrutti a Garhwali, the wedding is touted to be a Marathi one.

Pooja Sharma: Though the show 'Tu Mera Hero' wrapped up recently, one of the actresses, Pooja Sharma, found love on the sets with show’s director Pushkar Pandiit. The two have formalised their relationship with the blessings of their family with a Roka ceremony.

Vrinda Dawda: 'Dil Dosti Dance' actress Vrinda got engaged to Bhavin Mehta in Gujarat recently. The ceremony was accompanied by a fun sangeet bash with friends and family.

Saumya Tandon:Bhabhji Ghar Pe Hai’s Anita, Saumya Tandon, plans to soon tie the knot with banker Saurabh Devendra Singh, whom she has known for 10 years. Best friends since college the couple are currently living together.

Suyyash Rai and Kishwer Merchant: Participants of the current season of 'Bigg Boss', Suyyash and Kishwer, who have been quite vocal about their relationship, have admitted on the reality show that they will tie the knot soon, after the show wraps up. The couple has been dating each other for almost five years.

Himanshu Soni: Himanshu Soni tied the knot with girlfriend Sheetal Singh in Jaipur last Friday. Sheetal was the co-producer of Himanshu’s previous show 'Buddha'. The wedding was attended by Himanshu’s co-stars Rajesh Kumar, Mithilesh Chaturvedi and Rishina Kandhari, among others.

Pooja Joshi: Pooja Joshi, of 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai', tied the knot with Maanish Arora in a fun filled wedding extravaganza, attended by close friends and family. This love cum arranged marriage, saw many of Pooja’s colleagues in attendance.

Aniruddh Dave: Actor couple Aniruddh Dave and Shubhi Ahuja tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in Jaipur on Tuesday which was attended by the couples’ friends. Shobhit Attray, Shashank Vyas, Ajay Choudhary, Surendra Pal, Tarul Swami, Jayshree Soni and Shrey Pareek, were some of the celebrity attendees of the lavish Marwari theme wedding.

Disha Vakani: Disha Vakani, who plays one of small screen’s most loved characters 'Dayaben' on 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah', tied the knot with Mayur, a Mumbai based charted accountant in a low key affair.

Praneet Bhat: Mahabharat’s Shakuni and 'Bigg Boss season 8' contestant Praneet Bhat, tied the knot recently with long-time girlfriend Kanchan Sharma in Lucknow. Their wedding was a seven-day extravaganza. Praneet’s 'Mahabharat' colleagues and reality show friends attended the function.
